Overnight Diving Trip

Experience a dive trip like no other to the tropical island paradise of Tobacco Caye, a tiny 3 ha island approximately 3.5 hours from Caye Caulker. The trip will depart from Sunrise Scuba dock at 7:30 am, with two stops for diving including a full lunch on arrival to the island. The guides will also be trolling fishing line on the journey to (hopefully) catch something delicious for dinner! Once we arrive at Tobacco Caye, the crew will get you situated in your overnight lodgings whilst you have the chance to settle, have a drink, and explore the small island. Dinner will then be prepared whilst you unwind from the diving. The following day, we will set off at approximately 9am for two more dives as we make our way back to Caye Caulker for around 3pm.

Diving

The first day comprises two dives at Spanish Bay and St George's Caye. The second day's diving will be at Tobacco Caye and Glory Reef. These spots are known for grouper, large schools of jack, and the occasional turtle or reef shark!

Accommodation

We are excited to be partnering with Jo Jo's by The Reef on Tobacco Caye. You will have your own private room equipped with a double bed and sea views. There will be access to WiFi plus free use of kayaks. If you want something a bit simpler, there is the option to camp in tents for a reduced price.

Fishing

There is nothing quite like fresh fish you have caught yourself! During the boat rides, we will trawl a fishing line to hopefully catch a fresh snapper or two to throw on the grill!

Food

Lunch and dinner are included on the first day, and breakfast and lunch are included on the second day. The dinner and breakfast will be provided at the hotel. The food will be traditional Belizean style (stew chicken, rice and beans, fish, tortilla etc.) and we are able to accommodate special dietary requirements.

Pricing:

Cabanas: 650 USD pp (diving), 450 USD pp (snorkeling)

Camping: 550 USD pp (diving), 350 USD pp (snorkeling)

Minimum: 6 people

Please note, to ensure accommodation is secured, we require at least 4 weeks notice for booking this trip. Feel free to inquire with less notice; however, we are unable to guarantee we can secure the accommodation.
