PADI DISCOVER SCUBA

Discover SCUBA goes through all the basic skills required to scuba dive with an experienced instructor and decide if you want to progress to become PADI Open Water certified.

The PADI refresher course is designed to remind you of all of the skills you learned in your OW course.

E-learning
You can sign up to complete the theory part of the course before arriving to Caye Caulker and then complete the course with Sunrise Scuba. The price to complete the course after e-learning is $360 USD. You can sign up here.

PADI OPEN WATER

The Open Water course teaches you everything from how to assemble, put on, and use your dive gear, to how to safely explore the underwater world. Diving to a maximum depth of 60 ft (18 m), your course will consist of classroom study, confined dives in a swimming pool or shallow water, and 4 open water dives.

Duration: Approx. 2-3 half days (9am-1:30pm)

Dives: 2 confined and 4 open water 

Price: 440 USD

PADI ADVANCED OPEN WATER

The PADI Advanced Open Water Course comprises 5 adventure dives to expand your dive knowledge. The two mandatory specialty dives are the Underwater Navigation and Deep (60-100 ft/18-30 m) dives. You will then get the choice of three additional specialty dives including Fish ID, Peak Performance Buoyancy (recommended), Night, Search and Recovery, Computer and Boat.

Duration: Approx. 2-3 half days (8:30 – 2 pm).

Dives: 5

PADI EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER (EFR)

Emergency First Response Primary & Secondary Care (EFR) courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course. You will learn how to administer primary and secondary care.

Duration: <1 day

Cost: 100 USD

PADI RESCUE DIVER

The Rescue course teaches you the necessary skills to become a valuable member of the diving community. You will learn the safest way to respond to emergency situations whilst diving.

Duration: 3-4 days

Dives: 12 rescue scenarios

Cost: 440 USD

PADI DIVEMASTER

Working side by side with our instructors, you will tweak your diving capabilities and polish up on all your skills you learned during your previous education with PADI. You will increase your dive experience and learn about the management and logistics of a career in scuba diving. You will help to guide and supervise clients around our dive sites and assist our experienced instructors during diver training. 

Duration: Negotiable, at least 30 days

Dives: Approx. 60

Cost: 1750 USD
